Certain premium features, such as specialized analyses and live monitoring tools, may require points or a subscription. Users can earn points by contributing product information through the app. After verification, contributed information is added to our database, helping improve its accuracy and enabling more accurate analyses for the 12u12 community.
Yes. The 12u12 app is available worldwide.
We currently offer English and Chinese versions and plan to support additional languages in the future. If you use a third-party translation tool, please be aware that some terms and descriptions may not be translated with their intended meaning.

The 12u12 browser version works with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
Our mobile and tablet apps are compatible with Android and iOS devices.
If the symptom, activity, location, or product you want to track is not yet in our database, you can create a custom entry and continue tracking it normally.
Some advanced features may not be available for custom entries. For example, calories consumed or burned from custom foods and activities may not be included in calorie calculations.
As our database continues to grow, you may find equivalent verified items for your custom entries. You can then use the conversion tool to convert your custom entries to verified database items. The app will automatically update your historical records and apply any newly available features and analyses.
Yes. The Import Data feature on the Main Menu allows you to transfer data from compatible apps and devices into 12u12.
Currently, 12u12 can import data files generated by Samsung Health, Apple Health, and Omron applications. Additional apps and devices are added regularly.
No. You only need to create one account for yourself (the main user) and add your family members as sub-users.
You can enter data on behalf of your sub-users, share your login with them so they can access the full version of 12u12, or install a limited-access version on their devices. When sharing a login, the same account can be accessed from multiple devices, and all users can view the same information.
The Limited Access version allows sub-users to view and enter only their own data. The Panic Mode version further restricts access to symptom entry only, making it suitable for young children, older adults, or users who need a simplified interface.
When a sub-user wants their own privacy and login, you can use the Graduate feature on the Profile page to automatically create a separate account and convert the sub-user into a main user. The new account will include all historical data previously entered for that individual, ensuring a seamless transition.
For privacy reasons, be selective when sharing login information. Users who prefer to keep their entries private should create their own accounts.

Yes. Use the Join feature on the Profile page of the account that will become a sub-user.
After entering the required information, all historical data and points associated with that account will be transferred to the designated main user account. This allows you to consolidate accounts without losing historical data. The original main user will become a sub-user under the designated main user account, and the original account will be deleted.
Please note that once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Yes. On the Edit page, you can generate reports containing the data you entered through the Input page. On the Analyze page, you can generate reports containing processed, analyzed, and summarized data.
Yes. You can enter missing data for any date through the Input page. You can also correct previously entered information through the Edit page.
When data is added or corrected, 12u12 automatically updates your calculations, analyses, and historical results to reflect the new information.
You can delete your account by clicking the trash icon for the Main User on the Profile page and confirming the deletion request.
Following a deletion request, 12u12 will take reasonable steps, where reasonably practicable, to delete or anonymize applicable information from active systems within a reasonable period.
Certain information may continue to be retained in backups, archives, logs, security records, legal records, research datasets, aggregated datasets, anonymized datasets, de-identified datasets, derived data, statistical models, reports, analyses, and similar materials.
Where information has been incorporated into aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified datasets, reports, models, analyses, statistics, research findings, or similar materials, 12u12 may be unable to identify and remove an individual user’s historical contribution from such materials.
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any remaining points will be forfeited and are not refundable.
